Empowering the Next Generation of Leaders

 

LeadHer is a Junior League of Las Vegas program created to empower high school young women in grades 9-12 and prepare them to become confident, capable leaders. The program provides students with opportunities to develop leadership skills, gain hands-on volunteer experience, and build meaningful connections with mentors and peers.

Applications for the 2026 – 2027 LeadHer program are now open, and will close on Friday, May 22.

Through practical training, community service, and personal growth activities, LeadHer helps young women explore their potential, strengthen their voices, and learn how to create positive change within their schools and communities. JLLV is proud to support the next generation of female leaders and to foster a space where they can grow, collaborate, and thrive.

Program Highlights

  • Fun & Interactive Hangouts: Monthly meetups filled with exciting activities, hands-on workshops, and team challenges that will help you learn, connect, and grow.
  • Hands-On Learning Experience: Gain practical experience by actively participating in volunteer projects and planning your own Community Impact Project.
  • Building Friendships & Connections: Form meaningful relationships with like-minded peers and mentors while collaborating on projects and participating in group activities.
