The Junior League of Las Vegas’ Community Grant Program reflects our long-standing commitment to supporting organizations that strengthen and uplift our community. For nearly 80 years, JLLV has invested in Southern Nevada’s growth through philanthropy, volunteerism, and the development of women leaders.

The Community Grant Program was created to provide financial support to nonprofit organizations addressing critical needs across the Las Vegas Valley. Grants are intended to help organizations expand their impact, launch new programs, or build the infrastructure necessary to better serve the community.

Funding Focus Areas

Community Grant funding supports initiatives that promote community stability and opportunity, including but not limited to:

• Education
• Workforce and professional development
• Financial empowerment

Past applicants have submitted proposals for facility improvements, technology upgrades, program expansion, new service offerings, and other initiatives designed to meet growing or evolving community needs.

Applications for the Community Grant program are currently closed.

2024-2025 Community Grant Impact:

• ($50,000) HELP of Southern Nevada’s homeless response work
• ($25,000) YMCA of Southern Nevada’s Power Scholars program for at-risk youth
• ($10,000) Springs Preserve’s free early education for toddlers
• ($10,000) Foster Kinship’s support for relatives raising children outside the foster system
• ($5,000) Horses 4 Heroes’ family farm wellness program
